Welcome to PawKeevo, a pet accessories store operated from New Zealand and hosted on Shopify. These terms apply to your use of our website and purchases from our store. Questions can be sent to yestheone@foxmail.com.

Shopping with us

You must be legally able to make a purchase, or have permission from a parent or guardian. Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment details and keep your account credentials secure. Do not use this website for unlawful activity, fraud or interference with its operation.

Products and suitability

Read each product description, measurements and care instructions before ordering. Breed references are a guide, and colours may look different on different screens. Choose products suitable for your pet's size, age and behaviour. Supervise pets with toys and accessories, check for wear and replace damaged items. Pet products are not children's toys. These points do not limit our responsibility for products that are faulty or do not match their description.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Shipping charges and any taxes we collect are shown at checkout. Additional import charges may apply as described in our Shipping Policy. Payment is processed using the methods offered at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or transaction charges.

Orders, availability and errors

An order acknowledgement confirms that we received your order. Availability can change. If we cannot fulfil an order, or discover a material pricing or description error, we will contact you to explain your options, including cancellation and a refund for any unfulfilled items already paid for. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement. We may refuse orders where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or unlawful activity.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Contact us promptly for an address change or cancellation; changes may be unavailable after dispatch.
