Refund policy

We want you and your pet to feel happy with your PawKeevo order. For a change of mind, request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, clean and in resellable condition, with their original packaging and any included accessories. Paw print kits must be unused for a change-of-mind return. Trying on clothing carefully to check sizing is acceptable if the item remains clean and unworn.

How to request a return

Email yestheone@foxmail.com with your order number, the item and your reason for returning it. We will reply with the return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before sending anything back; the address printed on a parcel may not be the return address.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind or size-choice returns, you pay the return postage. Original shipping charges are not refundable for these returns unless required by applicable law. There is no restocking fee. We recommend keeping proof of postage.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Contact us if an item arrives damaged, is faulty or differs from your order. Include a description and photos where reasonably available. We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable refund or replacement. If a return is required because of our error or a product fault, we cover reasonable return shipping costs. In some cases, we may resolve the issue without requiring a return. This 30-day change-of-mind window does not limit your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.

Refunds and exchanges

Once we receive and inspect a return, we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; bank processing times vary. For a different size or item, contact us to arrange the return and a new order, subject to availability.

Cancellations and consumer rights

Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. Once dispatched, an order may need to follow the return process. Nothing in this policy removes or restricts any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
