PawKeevo currently delivers to the United States and Canada. All prices and shipping rates below are in USD.

These rates apply to all products, including paw print frames and pet bowls. Eligibility is calculated on the qualifying order value at checkout. Taxes are separate.

Estimated delivery

Allow approximately 15–30 calendar days from placing your order to delivery, typically around 21 days. This estimate includes preparation and transit time and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Customs checks, public holidays and carrier delays can affect arrival.

Order updates

We send order and shipment updates to the email address used at checkout. When tracking is available, we include the tracking details in your shipment confirmation. Items may arrive in separate parcels.

Address changes and delivery issues

Check your shipping address carefully before ordering. To request an address change or cancellation, contact us promptly; we may be unable to change an order once it has been dispatched. If your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, email us with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Confirmed lost shipments will be replaced or refunded.

Import charges

Shipping fees do not include import duties, customs charges or import taxes unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Destination authorities or carriers may collect these charges from the recipient where applicable. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.
