Find the right fit
Measure your pet before selecting clothing or a harness. Breed names and weight ranges are only a guide; sizes can vary between products.
- Chest: Measure around the widest part of your pet's chest.
- Neck: Measure where the collar or neckline will sit.
- Back: Measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
Compare your measurements with the individual product's size information. If you are unsure, contact us with your measurements and the product name.
Care for your accessories
Follow the instructions supplied with each product. Check toys, collars and harnesses regularly for signs of wear and replace damaged items. Supervise play and choose products that suit your pet's size and habits.
Paw print keepsakes
Read the kit instructions and check the included materials before use. Keep clay, ink and small pieces away from your pet's mouth. Only use a kit for baby handprints or footprints if the product instructions specifically say it is suitable.
