We currently deliver to the United States and Canada. Prices are presented in US dollars.
How much is shipping?

When will my order arrive?
Estimated arrival is 15–30 calendar days after ordering, typically around 21 days. This is an estimate, and customs or carrier delays may affect it.
How do I choose a size?
Measure your pet and compare with the individual product's size chart. Breed names are only a guide. For clothing, check chest, neck and back length; for harnesses, check the listed measurement points and adjustment range. Visit our Sizing & Care Guide.
Can I return an item?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery for eligible unused items. You pay return postage for these returns. For a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us for a suitable resolution at our cost. See our Returns & Refunds page.
